Our regeneration project at 232 - 248 Lincoln Road, Peterborough, Pak Foods Peterborough is an exemplar of successful collaboration. In this endeavour, Kandore Properties emerged as the facilitator, adeptly bridging the objectives of various stakeholders - including the property's landlord, Pak Foods, and accomplished sub-contractors. Our ability to harmonize diverse perspectives ensured a seamless journey from concept to realization.
The development stands as a witness to our proficiency in enhancing a landlord's property for the benefit of a tenant. Guiding the construction of a first-floor rear extension featuring a goods lift and access stair, we successfully unlocked untapped potential. The addition of a staff amenity block to the existing first floor, coupled with the transformation of brick panels into curtain walling, reflects our assurance to optimising every facet of the property.
